Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £350.00 or more. Orders under £350.00 have a flat standard delivery charge of £18.00.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery transit time is 3–4 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days.
The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM UK local time (Europe/London). Orders placed after 5:00 PM are generally processed on the next business day.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the voluntary return policy. Products should be unused, complete and securely packaged. Statutory UK cancellation rights also apply where applicable.
No. Marple Pet Shop does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost. This does not affect applicable statutory consumer rights.
